how to take off

Before you can take off to shoot pictures from the sky perspective you need an appropriate drone or UAV (unmanned arial vehicle) and you MUST LEARN TO MASTER IT. That means you first have to study the many rules about the legal and technical aspects of flying a drone. Book a course or pass at least an online training about the topic. Then learn how to navigate your drone on a gut level - practice makes perfect. Be aware that your drone can harm people, animals or other valuable things when wrongly operated.

taking stills and panoramas

If you want to shoot a specific object, take your time. Don’t care about battery time; you have at least another one (;) Explore several positions for your flying cam. From below, from above, from left or from right. This is far easier than aligning a camera on the ground at the optimum viewing angle. AND: Never forget to keep track of what is all around you in the airspace.

shooting videos

This is the hardest part! Shooting a smooth flight while keeping your object in focus. No advices, I am still learning here.
